    SUMMARY:

     

    The In-Country Customer Service Representative is responsible for reviewing and responding to incoming customer service emails, phone calls, in-person inquiries, and social media acknowledgements specific to their country. This includes but is not limited to answering questions, solving problems, and making connections as it relates to CrossFit, Inc. and its many departments. You will be well-versed in all aspects of the Company and an excellent communicator.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide the highest level of customer support to incoming inquiries
    • Respond to incoming questions, issues, and concerns through Zendesk
    • Track statistics in Zendesk to establish FAQs and proactive measures
    • Escalate complex issues to In-Country Manager, when necessary
    • Appropriately partner with all other In-Country Customer Services Representatives to ensure seamless service for all customers
    • Receptive to and able to appropriately incorporate feedback to continuously improve policies, procedures, and overall customer service department
    • Uphold the strictest level of confidentiality
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of all Company policies and procedures

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

    • Customer service oriented
    • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the CrossFit methodology
    • Native speaker of the servicing Country
    • Time management, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and extremely organized
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with other employees and contractors
    • Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic work environment

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 3-5 years of Customer service experience
    • Experience using customer service tools to track statistics
    • Experience using multiple internet browsers and computer programs

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Ability to travel upon request
    • Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer for extended periods
    • Ability to lift and carry a laptop
    • Ability to operate a computer, phone, copier/scanner, and printer
